Mike and Jack completely wasted his time with their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. If the price was firm, they should have been honest from the start. Don’t waste your time with these guys. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After finalizing a price over the phone, I drove 1.5 hours to see the vehicle. After test driving it and expressing my interest, I was suddenly informed that the price was non-negotiable. This was a complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. I dealt with Mike GM and sales person Jack, and the lack of transparency from both was frustrating. If the price was firm, it should have been communicated upfront, not after I invested my time and effort. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership if you value honesty and your time. More
Worst service in the city. Lied to us at every step of the way and when confronted with the lies rather than owning a decision and making it right they chose to double down. Claiming to have had repairs done but when the shop who they claim completed the repairs was contacted they had never seen the vehicle. Nice shiny new building, terrible customer service. Have submitted complaint to both the BBB and Lagauto. Do yourself a favour and drive on past. More
I had a great experience at Kia Red Deer in October when I bought my 2025 Kia Seltos. I dealt with Tony when going in just to see what they had available. Then I went in to their grand opening and was helped by Mike and Leiland. They were so wonderful to deal with and finalizing my paperwork with Yoomi was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there. I felt so comfortable and all questions were answered. I had never bought a vehicle that was more satisfying than at Kia Red Deer! Thank you to all those I dealt with for your patience and manner with which you treated me. More

I had a very disappointing experience at Kia in Red Deer. It felt like they used every trick in the book to try and take advantage of me. Playing out the clock, from the moment I walked in, the salesperson seemed to drag out the process. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into an all-day ordeal. It was clear they were trying to wear me down so I’d agree to anything just to leave. Psychological profiling, the salesperson kept asking personal questions, trying to figure out my weaknesses. They asked how much I wanted to spend per month, then manipulated the financing terms to fit that number, rather than focusing on the total cost of the car. Lack of Transparency, when I asked about the vehicle’s history, the salesperson was evasive and didn’t provide clear answers. It felt like they were hiding something. Incomplete Vehicle History, they didn’t provide a complete history of the used vehicle. Unverified Claims, the salesperson made exaggerated claims about the car’s condition and pre owner care. When I did my own research, I found that these claims were not accurate. Hidden Fees and Add-Ons, they added numerous hidden fees and unwanted add-ons that significantly increased the total cost. Bait and Switch, they advertised a car at a low price to get me into the dealership, only to claim it was no longer available. They then tried to sell me a more expensive model. Trade-In Lowballing: They led me to assume a value for my trade-in, then acted like they just met me. Payment Packing they included additional mandatory products and services in my financing without clearly explaining them , leading to higher monthly payments. I had to carefully review the contract, then coming back with registration and insurance they suddenly have to rewrite contract. Overall, my experience at Red Deer Kia was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be very cautious if you decide to visit them. Transparency and Trust: Not disclosing the all details of the vehicles condition between the dealership and the customer. Customers expect full transparency about the features and limitations of a vehicle they are purchasing. Customer Satisfaction: I feel deceived and dissatisfied after my purchase. Maintenance and Safety: Couldn't even check transmission fluid had to go to mechanic after purchase to find out it was 2 litres down cause the transmission slipping and front brake calipers seized/emergency brake sensor stuck on a perfect combination to blow up a car in first month. Shady sales, it must suck looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life. Vehicle is permanently damaged thanks to there great mechanics, left Red Deer Toyota to get away from Freddy. Slimey sales people dishonest mechanics or uneducated. Failing to disclose such information violates consumer protection laws. This will result in legal action against the Red Deer Kia including fines or other penalties. Not being upfront about all aspects of the vehicle you are selling destroys your ability to maintain ethical standards and fostering long-term customer relationships is not a concern, I will definitely being sharing my experience with my 5 generations of friends and family from Central Alberta. If representatives of Kia in Alberta are caught engaging in deceptive practices by the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC), they can face several serious consequences: AMVIC can impose significant fines on both the dealership and the individual representatives involved in the deceptive practices. My 2021 Kia Seltos was my third Kia. Bought through Dina Tress and if I get a fourth it will be with her. My journey with the car has been wonderful , I love this car. I took it into Kia Red Deer and it was determined I needed a new engine. I have nothing bad to say about that as Kia replaced it under warrantee. It did take 6 weeks, however I had a loaner (3 different ones) the whole time. I was very impressed with their service in my case. More

Took 2. 5 months for engine work and brakes. Kept saying parts were unavailable or late. Way over padded bill! Had other places do an estimate. Shady service 5 months for engine work and brakes. Shady service corners cut like water rather than coolant, re used dirty oil and spark plugs put in an old serpentine belt after engine recall work. Car broke down within the hour after picking up.
