Extremely poor experience, if i could i would give it a -5 stars! We reached out to these guys on Jan 5th around 2 pm and spoke with sales Representative Ralph, we were shopping for a car when we came acro -5 stars! We reached out to these guys on Jan 5th around 2 pm and spoke with sales Representative Ralph, we were shopping for a car when we came across 2024 Hyundai Elantra Tech Package with 33k kms & listed for $22,260, he confirmed the vehicle is available with no pending deal on it, no deposit on it, provided us with carfax and inspection as requested. We quickly moved the process and asked Ralph to get the ball rolling once he gave us a payment option of 60 months with 229 bi weekly & 72 months with 200 bi weekly payments on this Elantra, he said he will be able to come with a exact number after a proper credit check, he asked us for ID, phone #, SIN # and consent for Credit Check, we provided that immediately to him all while he said the car was available for sale, no holds on it or deposit on it. finance manager called and did the credit application with my wife and told us we are going to submit this right away and let you know as soon as we have an update, hours past by without an update so I decided to call back to the dealership asked for Ralph, i was told hes with a client and that im able to speak to a finance manager and when I was connected to Yumi the finance manager, she said she has an approval with TD Bank with 7.89% rate for us but the car is now SOLD & DELIVERED?! I asked her why we didn't get any communication or updates about it being sold, her reply was that it was sold in house to another person all while my file was sent to the bank & approvaed on this same unit, I asked her to clarify how that exactly work when our credit is being hit with hard inquiries and she said that she was going to connect me with a sales manager because it's not in her hands anymore, waited till 7pm but there was no calls from any employee. At this point, I reached back to Ralph asking him why the vehicle was sold after being promised to us and having an approval in hand? He said he had to leave early that day because his son had a medical emergency and he was not aware of that (while the receptionist said he was busy with another client) he said that he was going to work on this and get his GM involved to find us a replacement unit. January 6th (Today) 9:40am , I receive a call from the GM Mike to address the issue, we expressed our concerns, he was apologetic and offered us options that was not in our budget and 7k to 10k more than what we were shopping for, I told him we need something with a similar pricing with similar spec, kms & etc.. Mike said, he was gonna work on this and be able to find us a gas or hybrid model as he has 18 locations and can buy anything within 1000 km range, he sounded very proud of that only to make fake promises and ignore us all day, I tried to follow up with him at different occasions, once at 1 pm something and then again 4 pm, I was told that Mike is with another client and will call you before the end of the day, only to let us know that he's unable to find us any options what so ever and offered us another elantra that's 30k pre tax, I reminded Mike that it won't work for us because it's 8k more expensive which puts us out of budget for the car payment we were looking for, he said "then that's all I have for you". I asked him to get the hard credit inquires off our credit as this isn't really fair that you are doing a credit check for something u have sold to someone else, Mike replied saying I see other credit checks on our file from 2024 and 2025 so why does this credit check matter to us? Can someone please tell him that doing a credit check means accessing our personal financial information that can be used for X amount of reasons and it's a major red flag. he also asked me if we had a deposit on the car, I told him I was never asked for deposit on it and by doing a credit application and being approved should've been enough to keep the car for us, as well as how come the other party didn't have a deposit on it ? More
Refused to complete a full diagnostic and find the cause of burning oil. Wanted $3.5k for a guess, with no warranty. Salesmen were supposed to call multiple times for a trade In value, never given. My husband and I are seniors and went to Kia Red Deer with a limited budget. We had a very good result dealing with AJ, Hans and Andrew. These gentlemen met, what we felt was required in our final dealin with a limited budget. We had a very good result dealing with AJ, Hans and Andrew. They were personable, understanding and supportive and we were able to purchase a vehicle for a good price. More

I've had 3 transmissions replaced, and a new engine, kia had my car for over 6 months, and on and off for a Year! I went months without a vechile and STILL PAID car payments but dealt with the stress of having no vechile, than I begged for a loaner, finally got one, drove it for months and the windshield cracked, every other dealership won't charge you for uncontrollable rock chips, but kia tried to charge me 1600 for a windshield than HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE and me and my kids walked home from the dealership. They are absolute crooks! More
Worst dealership hands down. My car was brought in for warranty. I was told the part had been replaced already and if it's failing than it was likely replaced with a faulty part. Go to pick it up and they all double down to say they never said that and refused to let me talk to the manager and just said that it's now hear say. I have learned from them scamming me before to double check everything they say. Don't go here. They will scam you every time you turn around. More

My brother had a terrible experience with this dealership. He confirmed the price multiple times over the phone and was assured it was final. Mike and Jack completely wasted his time with their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. If the price was firm, they should have been honest from the start. Don’t waste your time with these guys. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After finalizing a price over the phone, I drove 1.5 hours to see the vehicle. After test driving it and expressing my interest, I was suddenly informed that the price was non-negotiable. This was a complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. I dealt with Mike GM and sales person Jack, and the lack of transparency from both was frustrating. If the price was firm, it should have been communicated upfront, not after I invested my time and effort. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership if you value honesty and your time. More

Claiming to have had repairs done but when the shop who they claim completed the repairs was contacted they had never seen the vehicle. Nice shiny new building, terrible customer service. I had a great experience at Kia Red Deer in October when I bought my 2025 Kia Seltos. I dealt with Tony when going in just to see what they had available. Then I went in to their grand opening and was helpe I bought my 2025 Kia Seltos. I dealt with Tony when going in just to see what they had available. Then I went in to their grand opening and was helped by Mike and Leiland. They were so wonderful to deal with and finalizing my paperwork with Yoomi was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there. I felt so comfortable and all questions were answered. I had never bought a vehicle that was more satisfying than at Kia Red Deer! Thank you to all those I dealt with for your patience and manner with which you treated me. More
