Since the time for the oil change was due during the Covid 19 pandemic, I appreciated the fact that Reaume Chevrolet notified me of the time and date Since the time for the oil change was due during the Covid 19 pandemic, I appreciated the fact that Reaume Chevrolet notified me of the time and date of the appointment and that if necessary they would pick up the Car and service it for me and return it . Years ago this was a service offered by dealerships in the US for seniors. While I did not use this option it is something that would be nice to have the option for. The service was fast and efficient and was done nicely. They also disinfected the car before returning it to me. I appreciate the extra steps Reaume is taking to ensure safety during the pandemic. He was very helpful, directed me to call GM Roadside assistance after providing me with the number, as well as reviewing my profile to ensure that the expense was covered. He guided me as well with my Tire Purchase, recommending a couple of options based on price and tire ratings. Adam placed my order, and then followed up to assist me in getting my car to the dealership. Luc followed up, advising me that my car would be ready on Tuesday. Once the work was completed, Luc provided an update on the status of my alignment, and that the car was ready for pick up. Debbie in the cashier office was great as always. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I don't hesitate to let people know the level of satisfaction I consistently get at Reaume Chev in LaSalle. More
