I was hoping that there was nothing wrong, why was there a weird smell and smoke coming from under the hood,, how much was that going to cost...but to my surprise the repair needed was covered by the extended warranty on the car and their team fixed the problem promptly and made sure that I had a ride with courtesy vehicle, very nice, and had my own car fixed and me in the drivers seat in a couple of hours. Everything was disinfected and all caution to health and safety because of the pandemic were observed. More

The Reaume family have always taken care of their customers through the complete purchase and service cycle. Good to have this wonderful relationship especially during these difficult times. We really enjoyed having our vehicles picked up and dropped off for service. Going the extra mile to show that customers are valued means a lot! There have been personal changes in the Service Consultants area and it did get a little challenging at times. Andre (and John) are greatly missed. The new folks have big shoes to fill. The level of customer care we are accustomed to at Reaume Chev takes time to learn and emulate. We look forward to working with them all and achieving similar customer/service consultant relationships! Thank you for all you do! More

Safe and speedy service I scheduled an appointment for service, multipoint inspection and oil change. I was greeted at the outside of the garage entrance with an employee ca I scheduled an appointment for service, multipoint inspection and oil change. I was greeted at the outside of the garage entrance with an employee carrying disinfectant and paper towels. He drove my car in for service, I then entered the dealership where it was mandatory to use hand sanitizer. I then went over what service was to be done with the service advisor, keeping the recommended safe distance between us. I waited for the vehicle outside, where there was seating available, well over six feet apart. The service was completed in less than 1/2 an hour, i paid by visa, which the receptionist had cleaned the chip machine before I used it, and wiped my keys before handing them to me. Overall very satisfied with all the measures they took to make me feel safe. Service was excellent as usual . The only thing I didn't care for was the upselling. I had to decline a few service recommendations, which is always makes me feel a little uncomfortable. More
