The service advisors are Gold! Andy does whatever it takes to get me back on the road! I recently, Dec. 2019 purchased a used truck privately. It needed some work, I knew that at the time. I took it to two different repair shops for estimates. Prices were very high…I called RMP parts dept and priced out the parts. I talked to the service people about installation pricing… go figure…RMP pricing was incredibly more economical and I am very happy to share this with you. I had the work done. Short time later…couple weeks, issue arose related to repair work done. Took it to Andy at RMP…he had it checked out, repaired!!…and I’m on my way again…I take it in for an oil change…Aaron takes my order…I wait for work to be done…Aaron comes to tell me tech has checked it over during oil change and front end control arm joint was loose so he tightened it…now tech’s concern wheel alignment necessary…sale price…told him go ahead…its a different truck!!!!! Three different shops told me 1500-1800$$$ to replace worn out parts… Give me a break…!!!🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Today my engine light came on…I bee line to RMP see Andy…he scopes it out, tells me what it says… I remind him what we had done previously…25 minutes and 25$ later I am back on the road. I am very happy to know that Andy at RMP and Aaron and the service people care about their work…and the people that look to them for their knowledge and skill!!! Happy to know a dealership cares that much. Thank you. More
