Recently, I had Regan Smith assist with service on one of my vehicle’s and each of the prior three times that I have had Regan assist I have encountered poor service, a total lack of professionalism, honesty my vehicle’s and each of the prior three times that I have had Regan assist I have encountered poor service, a total lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity when communicating with him. I have a long tenure with RMP, having purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years, however based on my latest experience, I will refuse to have Regan assist with any service to my vehicles going forward. I purchased my newest vehicle from Darren Paschal and he was great to deal with and always says Hi when in for service. Also, I enjoy working with Aaron Bjorndalen in the service department, who is always upfront and very pro-active in keeping me informed on the service of my vehicle’s. I realize that this will be all for lack of frutrition, but seriously RMP you can do better. Thanks Gary More
