Terrible experience Bought and 80 thousand dollar truck and because I put aftermarket wheels and tires on it they wouldn't cover the ball joint, shock or control arm that Bought and 80 thousand dollar truck and because I put aftermarket wheels and tires on it they wouldn't cover the ball joint, shock or control arm that smashed off it when I hit a pot hole. Had to deal with a horrible person, I believe Dave foley was his name and he wasn't the least bit helpful at all and pretty much told me tough luck that my brand new truck with 27k on it wasn't covered under warranty. I will never be going back to this dealership again and I hope this review deters anyone from giving them any business in the future. More

More than reasonable I had the water pump go under recall on a Chevy Cruze 2011. Along with that I had the front right wheel bearing go and my Dad hit my car on the front I had the water pump go under recall on a Chevy Cruze 2011. Along with that I had the front right wheel bearing go and my Dad hit my car on the front right fender and bumper. I was rattled this all happened at once, and on top of that my warranty had run out less than a month before all this happened (really the wheel bearing was what wasn't covered under recall or insurance). Pyes and GM Customer care really pulled together and helped me out. They were informative and helped me out big time. Trevor in the service department and Bernie in the body shop are great ambassadors for the GM brand and the Pye dealership. Went in there ready to get nothing but bad news and high blood pressure and they helped me out far beyond where they had to. Especially with the bad weather we have been having creating lost of customers looking for work done. More
