'Mandatory ETest' Always cheerful, courteous and helpful in any way they can to their customers, have been one for a couple of yrs now. I bought a used car from them a Always cheerful, courteous and helpful in any way they can to their customers, have been one for a couple of yrs now. I bought a used car from them a few yrs ago and they are always there to help whenever I need it. I just love the staff at this dealership, I asked if someone could run my car through the car wash as I am physically unable to do it myself anymore, the guy at the service desk said he would have to charge me for the wash but I told him that I had no problem paying for it. The etest didn't take very long and I paid for the carwash ahead of time, he thanked me for that, apologizing that I had to pay for it. I assured him it meant a great deal to me to have this done. I wasn't in the waiting room for very long with the young fellow who did the carwash came and gave me my keys and showed me where he had parked the car. I thanked him and left very happy I would like to add. My husband is in a wheelchair and I have one in the car and one in the house so I am his sole caregiver and we are both seniors on limited income. It is 'worth it' to me to pay a small fee for a service that isn't normally charged for. Kudos to all the staff at this dealership, they go to great lengths to keep their customers satisfied. I'll be due for an oil change in another 1,000 km and I am sure I will be treated with the same respect as I always am when I go there for the service. E.
