This review relates to the Service Department only as I have been quite happy with my vehicle purchase. I advised that I was from out of the City and booked a time for vehicle recall warranty work. They have been quite happy with my vehicle purchase. I advised that I was from out of the City and booked a time for vehicle recall warranty work. They said it would be about two hours and that worked to wait for completion. When I dropped the vehicle off they said it would be three hours but I still decided to wait. Well past the drop off time the vehicle was still waiting to be worked on and they could not give an indication as to when it would be started or finished. I got my keys and left. I will get the recall work done at another Toyota dealership. It would have been nice to have better communication when it became clear that an appointment meant nothing. More

Tonneau cover installed wrong straps were left on the outside Tacoma adjustable tie down supports were not installed Rail dust was all over truck Tried cleaning it off. Why was I not notified before I made the drive to PA Got then installed in Saskatoon next day Asked multiple times for the proof that they did the recall for the steering column cable that caused issues with the airbag, and still have not received More
