Worst experience ever. They are the biggest scammers in town. They would charge you alot of money and will do literally nothing. I made an appointment for 8 AM. I was there at 745. The service writer told me 2 or 3 hours . I said I'm waiting for my car. He said ok. I went for several walk. At 1030 my ca I was there at 745. The service writer told me 2 or 3 hours . I said I'm waiting for my car. He said ok. I went for several walk. At 1030 my car was still waiting ti come in. I then went to service Manger told him my situation. He was understanding. The technician worked on my car. The purge valve issue was resolved. But 60k vibration still exists. I left there at 1PM. My floor mats were covered in oil. I took a pic of it. Of I had time I would have went in but was running very late. How that shoukd have went if my car was in at 8 then the tech would have had more time to diagnose the problem. Or the tech shoukd have said I can't seem to locate the problem offer me a loaner and reschedule my appointment not say my car is fixed. Fix right first time means alot. Your deals hip failed. This dealership has gone above and beyond making sure I’m happy with my new truck. And Darla Mclennan has gone way above that I am not one to understand how technology works like most of my accessories in my happy with my new truck. And Darla Mclennan has gone way above that I am not one to understand how technology works like most of my accessories in my truck, but she made sure I understood everything and I have had to go back many times because I just can’t grasp how to use the electronics in it and she has gone over things many times with me to the point where I understand all of it very well and she is much of the reason why I am enjoying my truck so much now she even helped me out with my cell phone and how to use it with my truck.
