I recently moved away from my home town and had really always depended on my dad for helping me with my car issues. Once I moved a province away I was nervous about my car troubles. I felt very anxious anytime anything went wrong with my older vehicle because I didn't have the same support system as back home. When I went into Precision Hyundai I was nervous. Robert treated me like a daughter and made sure I had all the information without once making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. At the end of the day I have a beautiful reliable car with 6 year roadside assistance that not only gives me HUGE piece of mind but allows my mom and dad comfort knowing I'm much safer. Terrilyn in finance helped me getting pre-approved on my loan so quickly and also helped recommend a great and less experience insurance broker. Terrilyn also helped make sure I had the right coverage incase of accident resulting in job loss and added in some bonus coverage for me without cost. Honestly I never thought the whole process would be so painless and exciting. I am forever grateful for your amazing staff. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing dealer to work with there team and especially with Robert and Terrilyn. Thank you so very very much your extremely overly satisfied Codi Nablo More

I have to admit most of our time looking over the Hyundai's was done at Calgary Hyundai and we would liked to have bought there as our sales rep. Rebeca was awsome! But they did not have the model and color we were after! When Dusty introduced himself to me it was apparent he new the product even a little better and allowed us to get just a little bit more comfortable with our decision to buy a new vehicle, Everyone down at Precision was great to deal with. Not that scary! After reading some of the previous reviews, I was a bit worried. I shouldn't have been. My experience at Precision was completely first rate! Ozzi After reading some of the previous reviews, I was a bit worried. I shouldn't have been. My experience at Precision was completely first rate! Ozzie greeted me pleasantly and took me to Joon's office. Joon Chung was great from start to finish. I'd give him my highest recommendation! Lovelyn Biglete led me gently into the strange world of Finance, and Harry Loewen ably guided me out. And, to top it all, I love my new Elantra Sport! Bob Trueman More

This was our first new car so we were apprehensive but he was lovely to deal with. We have since been back a handful of times for tune-ups and oil changes to satisfy our warranty and each time we have had outstanding service from staff members. Yesterday was our last one and Teri, the service provider, and Merv, the shuttle driver, were both, as always, warm and friendly. More

I appreciated Chris's prompt responses to my emails, especially after my purchase when I was concerned that there was a leak. While it turned out to be nothing, I was very pleased that I was able to get the car in to be looked at within 24 hours of my email. Ashley, who showed me the bottom of my car, was absolutely fantastic in explaining if there had been a leak what the various fluid would look like on the undercarriage of the vehicle. I left feeling confident that the leak was either water from the air-conditioning unit, or an overflow of wiper fluid. More

Rob at the dealership took time and care to explain the differences between models and we test drove 3 cars. The trade-in price we achieved for our old car was good and I was happy with the sales package we agreed. The pick-up of the new car and the financing was very professionally managed More
