Precision Hyundai responded

I do appreciate the frustration of losing one's keys and then again the frustration of having to pay to replace them. We have confirmed with the Parts Department the quote of $200.00 plus $60.00 for programming . The breakdown was the $171.00+G .S.T. paid initially for the key fob when it arrived and then the other $98.41the key and programming during the final appointment for a total of $269.00. The dual phone call is as a result of one being an automated call generated by a third party company on our behalf inidicating your part has arrived and the second is a personal call from our dealership arranging an appointment. At that time the Appointment Coordinator does not quote as this was done previously when the part was ordered. We do apologize for the inconvenience we have caused by your coming back to the dealership twice to have the key and fob programmed and that is something we should have done correcctly in the first place. After all the $1000's in repairs you have paid at our dealership over the years and have had no other issues, we can only hope you can forgive us for our errors in this one small matter and continue to frequent our dealership in the future. We look forward to your continued happy relationship.
