First New Vehicle Great Experience!!! I just bought my first BLACK 2015 Hyundai Tucson from Precision Hyundai! Robert Koonin was fantastic! It doesn't stop there......I have been left with the impression that I am now a part of the Precision Hyundai family, and they are more than happy to take care of any future needs I have. I want to give a special acknowledgment to Bill Speeroff. He was instrumental in my experience at the dealership. He is so professional, kind, knowledgeable and passionate about the Hyundai product! He was not pushy, there was no pressure, he made himself available, and he worked with me to create a deal that I would be happy with. Bill has a special way about him that makes a person feel like he is trustworthy and has your best interest at heart. He personally took me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone who I would be dealing with in the future. All of the staff really make you feel like you are a part of a family. Terrilyn and Harry from the Finance group and Jason from service were also very friendly and professional. I feel like this dealership just adds that extra little personal touch. BEST new care experience I've ever had. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Bill and this dealership! I feel like my Tuscon is excellent value for money! Marcy More
First Hyundia I have historically been a Toyota buyer but as of late the service and product have been sub par. I thought we would look at other manufactures and in the mid sized suv price range we were looking at the highlander and santefe. Did a ton of research online and both were close to a point the wife was wanting the highlander. Convinced her to visit a dealership and take the santefe for a spin. Hence the precision experience and dusty. Dusty offered us the 24 hour test drive which was a hit. The vehicle met all our expectations and compared to the highlander has more options and warranty for less money. Plus the zero down zero interest. I didnt spend hours in the dealership dickering with price. I think we got a pretty good deal and over all the experience was the best vehicle purchase experience to date. Audi is close second ; ) So far the car is awesome and best of all the wife and kids love it. Dusty is a Salea rep I would definitely come back too. Great guy don't lose him. More
Keeps on getting BETTER! I just purchased my 3rd Hyundai Genesis from Precision Hyundai, and it's truly fantastic when a great car becomes even better. My first Genesis purch I just purchased my 3rd Hyundai Genesis from Precision Hyundai, and it's truly fantastic when a great car becomes even better. My first Genesis purchase was 6 years ago and I was a quite apprehensive due to the bias I held about the Hyundai brand. But fortunately, I was able to overcome those mental barriers and discovered what amazing car I had purchased. I wrote about my experience in my book, Becoming Imaginal, how limiting mindset can prevent a person from truly seeing great opportunities, in my case I was able to overcome my bias to experience something great. My 2015 Genesis is truly and amazing car and I highly recommend this vehicle and Precision Hyundai for their great service. The advancements on my new Genesis are quite remarkable, there really is no better value on the market than the Hyundai Genesis. More
Hidden charges, Poor communication I am a idiot I lost my key in Vegas :-) Call Precision Hyundai and Order a new key and Fob. $200 ouch!! but my fault I am a idiot I lost my key in V I am a idiot I lost my key in Vegas :-) Call Precision Hyundai and Order a new key and Fob. $200 ouch!! but my fault I am a idiot I lost my key in Vegas :-) I deserve to pay. 4 days for parts to arrive, they call key has arrived, I go to pick it up. Now they proceed to tell me I need an appointment for the car to have them program they key/fob (Why not tell me this when I ordered?) another 4 days to get an appointment and another $60 for programming. (not a word of this when I ordered the new key) In the mean time they call me a second time to tell me the key has arrived (Already know this) Still do not tell me they need to program the new parts or there is added cost) Appt day. Car is done, I suggest it may have been nice if they mentioned all of the costs when I called to order the key. Rep then uncaringly tells me it is odd they did not and carries on as if I said nothing. (remember they called twice not a word) and then proceeds to add insult to injury and tells me the bill is now $98 because they needed to cut the key!!! I bought my car at this place, I have spent $1000's in repairs at this place and this is the kind of service I get? I would have been ok had I known all the expenses upfront, but the nickel and dime routine feels like a ripoff. After this experience I cannot recommend this dealer nor will I be purchasing another car from them! To bad because I do love my Hyundai MKosh More

I would like to say there was less than a half tank of gas and when I inquired they told me pre-owned vehicles only come with half tank of gas. I spent more money than some new vehicles are worth on the lot?? I have bought new and used vehicles before from other dealerships, always with a full tank of gas...really disappointing!!!! More
