I appreciated Chris's prompt responses to my emails, especially after my purchase when I was concerned that there was a leak. While it turned out to be nothing, I was very pleased that I was able to get the car in to be looked at within 24 hours of my email. Ashley, who showed me the bottom of my car, was absolutely fantastic in explaining if there had been a leak what the various fluid would look like on the undercarriage of the vehicle. I left feeling confident that the leak was either water from the air-conditioning unit, or an overflow of wiper fluid. More
