Hi Trivor, Thanks for quick response. Maybe I was thinking too far. The follow are my concerns. First, she did not do visual inspection; she assumed everything is good because of low mileage, like windshield blades. This is a very big mistake. What if the service technician assumes that the brake is in good condition, the engine is good, and so on. Assumption could cause accidents if some problems ignored. There should be no assumption at all in your car service department. Second, I requested car wash. She did not do that when she handed me over the car key. She said it would take another 20-30min. to do so. I know car wash will not take that long. It seems she did not want to provide that service. Hope these will help to improve the service in the future. Thanks

Hi Mike92 Please let me know when you had your service done at our dealership. Was it before the dual drive through bays were open or after? Did you drive your vehicle into our drive through bays or walk into the dealership to meet with our service advisor? The reason I am asking is that we have recently just moved the service advisors into the drive through area where they are to do a visual inspection on each and every vehicle. Prior to this, it was the mechanic's responsibility to do the visual inspection, not the service advisor. Please let me know, as you are absolutely right, each and every vehicle should be subject to the visual inspection, regardless of age or mileage. As to the car wash, I can only surmise that she didn't want to put you to a further inconvenience of waiting, not realizing the importance the car wash was to you. Quite often, a person waiting for their vehicle is time sensitive and we have to be aware of the time. In any event, I do truly apologize for these inconsistencies in our service to such an extent that you felt compelled to write a poor review on DealerRater. These reviews have a major impact on our dealership and we take each and every one of them seriously. Hi Trevor, My appointment was 8:00am, Mar07,2016. It is after the dual drive through open. This is my first service since I bought the Santa Fe sport from Precision Hyundai. I trust dealer service, and that is why came to dealer for service. Although the vehicle is new I have found that there is a little bit worn off on the driver side seat belt and need to be replaced. I was expecting to get a thoroughly inspection. I was so disappointed. It is about safety, my safety and other people's safety. It is understandable since the visual inspection was just recently handed over from the mechanic to the service advisor. I hope the service will improve a lot after the transition period. Thanks
