The worst customer service I had! That's that case when the sales person can affect the impression of the whole team. So far I asked to show me several cars and give me some numbers. Salesman didn't show any interest to get me as a customer. Having more than 10 years customer service experience, I was shocked by such an unprofessional behavior. Salesman didn't ask me any related questions (purpose of car purchase, do I have family/kids, what actually I was looking for and so on...) Ended up that I found out me selling a car to myself!! Maybe I should get a commission for a such a great done work??? Conclusion : I did get a car, a new one. The car I was looking for and with amazing customer service in Crowfoot Hyundai. Thank you for nothing! More

I had always bought my vehicles on the private market used so it was a big step for me to step into a showroom and deal with a salesman. I went to the Precision Hyundai dealership at the Auto Mall and was immediately greeted by a smiling, friendly Robert Koonin. We talked for about half and hour and then went for a test drive. I wanted to drive it up a hill and also on the Deerfoot to test the engine performance so we chose a suitable route. Everything checked out better than expected. We then talked about price and came to an agreement. The finance ladies Terrilyn and Lovelyn were terrific. Robert was very straightforward and easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him and Hyundai to my family and friends. More
