Our salesperson, Bill Speeroff, showed us all of the possible option combinations with related costs and never pushed us to select anything other than what we wanted. He set up a test drive in a couple of different Santa Fe's and once the sale was made spent about an hour making sure we had a clear understanding of all the vehicle had to offer us, as well as what we could expect from the dealership itself. Both Harry and Lovelyn were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous from the business side of the deal. Ozzy was easy to work with and I have no doubt that he will ensure a satisfactory experience will continue in the years to come. More

I was asked by Robert Koonin to fill out a sheet of paper telling you about our experience at Precision Hyundai. There was not enough room on the piece of paper, so I have reverted to emailing you instead. I have also taken the liberty of cc-ing my comments to your team players that helped us. Well, here goes!! Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions about the Sante Fe. We had made the tough decision to sell our ML350 Bluetec 2012 Mercedes and replace it with a Hyundai Sante Fe Sport 2016. Having been a Mercedes owner for the past 35 years plus, it wasn’t easy. We enjoyed the test drive in the Sante Fe Sport and found it to handle well and have enough power. We were keen to get a good price for the ML, and unfortunately Robert could not offer us what we wanted. He suggested we try Kijiji and gave us some good advice about how to go about doing this. We also looked at the option of a trade in. Unfortunately you were not able to offer us what we wanted. We left your dealership with the intent to sell the car on Kijiji. Robert followed up with us the next day, asking if we could make the time to pop in and chat with the sales manager. We did this on Wednesday 21st October. This is when we were introduced to Ozzy. Now, he is something else!! He looks just like a really good friend of ours. We connected well and bantered back and forth. He was very pleasant, and between Robert and Ozzy we narrowed the gap and ended up with a deal. Along comes Lovelyn !! What a lovely lady. Once again we connected really well and actually enjoyed doing all the “nitty gritty” paperwork. She was great in explaining all the options. We ended up getting just about everything !! A very low key professional saleswoman, who knows her stuff. We appreciated being able to use our credit card for the whole transaction. Yesterday we arrived to collect the car. Robert was there to greet us and was excellent. We could not have wished for a better salesman. He knows his stuff and showed us all that we needed to know about the car. The handover was excellent. This man is a keeper, as are the rest of your team. We are proud to say that we have a lovely car with everything that we could wish for – Full warranty for 160,000km, winter tires, tow hitch, 3m protection, and on and on. We now look forward to “post purchase” service and client care. If what we have experienced so far is anything to go by, we are in for a treat with your service department.
