Great New Car Purchase Experience So, I’m finally getting around to writing this review. Before Christmas I picked up my brand new, black, 2015 Genesis Ultimate 5.0. For someone who doesn’t enjoy buying cars or dealing with car dealerships, the folks at Precision made my car buying experience painless. I never felt any pressure and I always felt that everyone there was trying to help me with my car purchase. After driving Andrew’s Genesis it quickly became clear to me that it was the car that I wanted. Dusty was a fantastic salesperson – extremely accommodating – even with my numerous requests where I was almost certain that he was going to lose it – he maintained his professionalism throughout. In the end, the car was delivered to me exactly as I wanted it and the whole team at Precision came through for me. During the car buying process I got to know many of the team members at Precision – including individuals in Service, Administration/Finance, and Parts. It really is a great team over there. I would definitely buy another car from Precision and would highly recommend the dealership to others. More

customer service goes a long way I came in with no intention on buying a car here, (I was just coming to look at the color of a car that I planned on purchasing elsewhere) but Lorence I came in with no intention on buying a car here, (I was just coming to look at the color of a car that I planned on purchasing elsewhere) but Lorence was great and took the time to show me different cars and options even though he knew that I wasn't buying my vehicle there. He was a great customer service representative and ended up offering me a great price so here we are! It was a very pleasant stress free experience and I would definitely buy from Precision Hyundai again :) More

During those 12 years I had owned a number of other cars of different mak My wife and myself needed a new vehicle to replace her 12 year old Santa Fe. During those 12 years I had owned a number of other cars of different makes, most of which were OK, so we went shopping at some of the other dealerships I had used. However we weren't satisfied with any of the deals we were offered or with the way we were treated, so my wife prevailed and we went looking for a Hyundai at Precision Hyundai. I have to say it was the best decision we could have made. Our salesperson, Robert Koonin, was tremendous. His patience (which he definitely needed because my wife asks a lot of questions and because I'm a pain in the butt when buying a car) never flagged and his knowledge of the various models and their different features is extensive. We ultimately settled on a 2016 Tucson 2.0 Luxury and, although it was more car in terms of features than we had set out to get, we paid less than I had ever thought possible. Both Robert and Ozzie seemed determined to get us into the new Tucson no matter how little we were prepared to pay, and I think they bent over backwards to make the deal work.. And when it came to the paperwork to complete things Lovelyn really knows her stuff and gets it taken care of in lightspeed. Since getting the car both Robert and Trevor have been in touch to be sure that we're happy with it, and we certainly are. I'd say the 2016 Tucson is a great vehicle and the people we dealt with at Precision made getting one as painless as possible. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! More
