Used to love this dealer thought the service department was excellent, then when I need a tire replacement I asked if it would be covered by my extend warranty or the tire care package I paid. Brought my car in for service. Dropped it off before service opened. Had to call 3 times before I could get ahold of someone to confirm my keys had been received and that they didn Dropped it off before service opened. Never heard anything else from service, no one called to say my vehicle was ready, no one called to go over what was done etc. Very Very disappointed in the lack of communication. And, one of the things I’d requested to have looked at, wasn’t fixed. More
