For someone who doesn’t enjoy buying cars or dealing with car dealerships, the folks at Precision made my car buying experience painless. I never felt any pressure and I always felt that everyone there was trying to help me with my car purchase. After driving Andrew’s Genesis it quickly became clear to me that it was the car that I wanted. Dusty was a fantastic salesperson – extremely accommodating – even with my numerous requests where I was almost certain that he was going to lose it – he maintained his professionalism throughout. In the end, the car was delivered to me exactly as I wanted it and the whole team at Precision came through for me. During the car buying process I got to know many of the team members at Precision – including individuals in Service, Administration/Finance, and Parts. It really is a great team over there. I would definitely buy another car from Precision and would highly recommend the dealership to others. More

customer service goes a long way I came in with no intention on buying a car here, (I was just coming to look at the color of a car that I planned on purchasing elsewhere) but Lorence I came in with no intention on buying a car here, (I was just coming to look at the color of a car that I planned on purchasing elsewhere) but Lorence was great and took the time to show me different cars and options even though he knew that I wasn't buying my vehicle there. He was a great customer service representative and ended up offering me a great price so here we are! It was a very pleasant stress free experience and I would definitely buy from Precision Hyundai again :) More
