I was interested in buying a 2016 Elantra and wanted a sunroof. I met Robert as soon as I went in and he was so pleasant and engaging that I took a instant liking to him. My wife was with me and she also was taken with his pleasant and caring attitude. I told him what I was interested in and he instantly told us what was available. I told him what I could afford and he had the manager come up with a very good trade in for my 2013 Elantra. He also got us a good deal on the price of the new car. After we made a deal and purchased the new car, we sat down and had a very friendly chat about his life and ours. He is a very interesting person. Also, he kept offering us a mocha. I had two. Since purchasing the new Elantra, he has been in touch with us a number of times and always asks if we are satisfied with our purchase. Of course we are, and would certainly recommend Robert to anyone who wants to purchase a new car. He was very kind, knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best deal. We had already put a deposit on the same Santa Fe at another dealership but decided to have a look at Precision Hyundai before making a final decision. We are very glad we did! We arrived at Precision and before we could open the showroom doors we were greeted by Robert (Sales Representative). What an amazing experience! Robert opened the doors, offered us coffee and had a smile from ear to ear giving us his undivided attention (not what we had experienced at the other 2 Hyundai dealerships).
