Superior Customer Service My husband and I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe 2016 at the beginning of January. We looked at 2 other Hyundai dealerships in Calgary but chose My husband and I bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe 2016 at the beginning of January. We looked at 2 other Hyundai dealerships in Calgary but chose to buy from Precision because of the exceptional customer service we received from the dealership. We had already put a deposit on the same Santa Fe at another dealership but decided to have a look at Precision Hyundai before making a final decision. We are very glad we did! We arrived at Precision and before we could open the showroom doors we were greeted by Robert (Sales Representative). What an amazing experience! Robert opened the doors, offered us coffee and had a smile from ear to ear giving us his undivided attention (not what we had experienced at the other 2 Hyundai dealerships). With the customer service and attention we received from Robert, we bought the Santa Fe from him in less than 30 minutes. Robert continually e-mails us or calls us to make sure we are happy with our purchase. We are thrilled with our purchase and we always enjoy hearing from Robert at Precision Hyundai. Thank you Robert for your exceptional customer service and support and really caring attitude. We would definitely recommend Precision Hyundai and we will definitely buy from Precision again. More
Great experience with purchasing my preowned vehicle I had a great experience purchasing my preowned vehicle through Precision Hyundai. With the help of the Salesperson Chris Grace, and the Pre-owned Man I had a great experience purchasing my preowned vehicle through Precision Hyundai. With the help of the Salesperson Chris Grace, and the Pre-owned Manager Omar Taha, I feel I was treated very well. From the test drive right through to the negotiation of the final price, it could have not gone any smoother. I've purchased vehicles through other dealers in the past, and Precision Hyundai I would say was the best to deal with out of all of them. Thanks Precision I will be back to buy my next car in a few years! More

I walked in and asked directly for the pre-owned manager as I am looking to get directly to the point and do a deal if the car was what I was looking for. I was introduced to Omar Taha. I asked for the history, reconditioning service record and carproof report for the vehicle. I was given it on the spot. It all checked out so I asked to test drive it. It drove how it should in my opinion. I told Omar I like the car and would like to purchase it. I need a deal now. I knew it was fairly priced already so I acknowledged that and asked for a bit lower price. Of course my first offer was a little lower and was not accepted. I had a idea where it would end up after the first offer and it was right on. I shook Omar's hand and said thanks for your direct professional experience and this is how a car deal should be made every time. I have recommended this dealership to my family and friends and I would recommend it to anyone else! More
Rude and Confrontation Used car Manager Booked and appointment with Used Car Department to see the 2014 Ram 1500 for $33,000 and a change last Saturday, which I forgot the name of Sales Cons Booked and appointment with Used Car Department to see the 2014 Ram 1500 for $33,000 and a change last Saturday, which I forgot the name of Sales Consultant, told them that I been to other dealership trying to trade in my 2012 Lancer, the Sales Consultant was very accommodating but once his Manager Omar Taha introduced himself to us he was very rude and confrontational and don't want to do an appraisal of my car for his reason because I am a shopper and don't want to give me any price and number as if we are not serious of buying a truck, he assumed and his perception was we can' t afford one, he don't know how to talk to a client to win our business, frustrated and disappointed, we left the dealership and went across the dealership which is Courtesy Chrysler, they were very accomodating and helpful and end up buying a used 2015 Ram Sport for more than $40,000 plus because they knew how to entertain customers and assisted us in a buying process. More

We found Robert to be very polite and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were after in a new vehicle, then proceeded to show us the vehicles he had in stock that matched our needs. Robert made us very comfortable and soon we were visiting back and forth and we learned what was going on in each others lives. Ozzy was the villian and Robert came to our rescue ! We found the atmosphere in the dealership to be very pleasant in all areas, from parts & service to business office. I would certainly recommend Robert Koonin to anyone looking for a new car. He really isn't a bad guy !!! More

They book appointments more than it should be and when you take your car, even before the appointment time, you should wait and wait and wait until they take your car to the workshop. When you ask for the reason of the delay they always find a reason and mainly say that they are currently very busy or they have only 3-4 technicians working currently and etc... I asked them in the past (until I stopped taking my cars to there for the periodical services in the summer of 2014) that "if you have 3-4 technicians currently why don't you book the appointments accordingly, instead you are booking everyone calling you on the phone and then having them waited in your waiting lounge until their turn comes. That was the last time I visited this service in Summer 2014 but I unfortunately made a mistake today, February 23rd, and took my car there due to a promotional oil + filter change, plus 19 point check, plus free alignment check email that they sent me 2 times in January and February respectively. In the first one I ignored the email as I knew how the bad service they had in the past but due to a personal reason I considered the second email. My appointment was at 1 pm today, I was there at 12.50 pm and they took my car to the shop at 2 pm sharp!! It was 3 pm when I left the dealer and they did not check the alignment of the car that they offered officially in the email coupon. Wow, what a service it was?! They asked me if I want to bring the car some other time for alignment as it would take 20-25 more minutes and in this case they knew that I could not take my kids from the school as I mentioned them earlier. (Note: When I booked the appointment yesterday I booked such that the worst case I can leave there at 2.30 pm at the latest to fulfill my other scheduled tasks today and they confirmed that it won't take more than 60 minutes, the worst case 90 min they added). Anyways, when I saw my car is still sitting in the parking stall at 1.40 pm I went to front desk and reminded the front desk people Amanda and Ashley that my car was still not taken to the shop and I was not sure if they can finish everything till 2.30 pm as they confirmed me before that I can leave in confident at 2.30 pm at the latest. They confirmed this again and said everything will be completed by 2.30 pm??? As I said above I left at 3 pm without alignment check they promised, was late for my kids and wasn't able to fulfill my other 2 commitments due to these unprofessional "service" people. Long story short I will never ever visit this dealer for any service issue. If you think that your time is not that of essence or important you can take it there easily?! I will send a detailed email firstly to Hyundai Canada Customer service and depending on their response and reaction I will contact Hyundai Korea. Regards, More

Service is fantastic and the people are great to deal with. I have been treated like family and have never been over charged or over sold. Maintenance costs have been minimal and my vehicles have never given me any kind of trouble. Perfect in every way from purchase to servicing to trade ins to purchasing again!!! Would highly recommend Hyundai vehicles, especially Santa Fe's (I'm on my third one)! Thank you so much Precision Hyundai!!! More
