Excellent Service I purchased my Hyundai XL and Robert was the salesman. To date I have been very impressed with both Robert and the dealership in general. Robert is an extremely pleasant salesperson who has been there at anytime for me both during and after the purchase. He is very responsive to both questions and concerns at anytime. For some reason, which I believe is probably a minor, my cruise control did not turn on. I have reached out to both Robert and another staff member in the service department. Robert passed the message on to the service manager who reached out to me expressing his concerns as it is a new car. Everyone I have dealt with so far at the dealership has been extremely helpful and pleasant...in a world that we don't often see great customer service this has been a breath of fresh air. Again I am sure the cruise control issue is a simple fix so I am not concerned. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase the Hyundai XL is a great cross over. Stereotypical sleazy car salesman I actually didn't think the stereotypical sleazy car salesman existed anymore up until I visited this dealership. So much back room talking, double talking, trying to confuse you sleazy garbage I haven't ever had at any dealership ever, it was literally like a Simpsons episode. Manager Omar is the sleaziest, greasiest dude I have ever met, we were close to a deal until he started talking to us and we literally ran! Good cars there but pity about the staff, I just couldn't buy from there. More

The worst customer service I had! That's that case when the sales person can affect the impression of the whole team. So far I asked to show me several cars and give me some numbers. Salesman didn't show any interest to get me as a customer. Having more than 10 years customer service experience, I was shocked by such an unprofessional behavior. Salesman didn't ask me any related questions (purpose of car purchase, do I have family/kids, what actually I was looking for and so on...) Ended up that I found out me selling a car to myself!! Maybe I should get a commission for a such a great done work??? Conclusion : I did get a car, a new one. The car I was looking for and with amazing customer service in Crowfoot Hyundai. Thank you for nothing! More
