At Precision Hyundai, we were working with Kara King. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Kara created a positive, customer focused experience. We knew that we were interested in the Tucson but Kara thoroughly explained the differences between the different trim levels and options for the car. What I appreciated most about the experience was the no pressure sales environment. Kara gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our decision and I didn't feel like I was being rushed into a purchase. She was personable, attentive and very easy going. I felt that she wanted to find me a vehicle that was the right fit, rather than trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Once we decided to purchase the Tucson, we worked with Terrilyn and Lovelyn in the financial department. We had financed a vehicle before but this experience was so much simpler and easier. We were very happy with how efficient both of the finance representatives were with the entire transaction, explaining fees and payments that were associated with our purchase. The car was ready to go in less that 2 days! I was so happy to see that Kara was there to walk us through the entire vehicle upon delivery, instead of a different "delivery specialist" as is the case with other dealerships.
