Dreading the whole process, I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from Matt Dewar. He listened to what I was looking for, and found me exactly that! I never felt pressured into the sale, and ended up returning to Precision to make the purchase after trying other vehicles in its class (the warranty alone is unbeatable). xxxx, Matt even recommended I try all of the competitors before making my decision. The sales team was very welcoming, and actually valued my patronage. They even called me back promptly when I left messages, as I had a few "noob" questions about the sale (my vehicle was ordered; Matt found me the exact model/colour I was after). They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, and the whole process was smooth. I have even received follow-ups from Matt Dewar and the sales manager, Matt Campbell, who wanted make sure I was completely satisfied. My only complaint is the price they charge for the protection package (3m, rust, paint, etc), but Tinh and I negotiated a reasonable compromise. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Precision, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
