Unethical, non-committal and not followed up with promises We found Precision Hyundai has very poor communication, lack of leadership, no commitments and NOT followed up on promises. We have two issues with th We found Precision Hyundai has very poor communication, lack of leadership, no commitments and NOT followed up on promises. We have two issues with them on a less than 1 year-old Tucson LTD we bought in 2011. The issues were not resolved to our satisfactory. First issue is regarding to the Extended Warranty where we were told by email it is valid till 3/30/2019 or 160,000 km's. Our vehicle only is well under 100K, but later told by Precision Hyundai that it was cancelled. How Second issue is we bought "lifetime warranty on paint protection" but when we call, numerous times, for application appointments we were told the warranty was invalid. Precision Hyundai will look into it and get back to us. They never did call back. At one point, a person named Caroline who worked in the Finance department promised me to look into the warranty issue and get back to me. She never did get back to me. Recently on July 25, we brought it back for a recall as well as getting the paint protection done, the recall was done but no paint protection done. We now told the warranty that was supposed to be life time, but was given a certificate of limited 5 year, expired on Sept 6, 2016. We basically paid fully price for it and never used it once. We demanded refund but Precision Hyundai refused to accept responsibility and did not act professionally to resolve the issue. I had to provide evidence in emails and text messages to prove my points. I (we) are extremely disappointed. I sure HOPE no other customers run into the same issues and please spread the words that stay away from Precision Hyundai 130 Glendeer Cir SE in Calgary. Please don't even think about dealing with this unethical dealership. Just to add a last note. They did not disclose that the vehicle only come with one set of key-fob at the time we negotiate. We found it out on the day we pick up the vehicle, that to me, was very concerning on their ethnic. They hide stuffs from customers. Thank you for reading this, p.s. Purchased my Dream Car from an Amazing Dealership! My experience with Precision Hyundai was terrific in every way and I am more than happy with my second hand Genesis (2015). Even though I live in Edmonton, I drove to Calgary for my car because my dealings over the phone with Omar & Katherine were top notch. My last Genesis (2011) was purchased locally in Edmonton, at West end Hyundai, but I was much happier dealing with Omar Taha, Bill Sakkalis & Katherine Chan. Omar had exceptional communication skills, was trustworthy, and efficient in dealing with what I needed. Pleased with the price for all of the superior options. Billy was outstanding as well. His passion for the Genesis was clearly seen and he was able to familiarize me with the car & its operations in a 'no rush' manner. Truly genuine salesman who should be appreciated and rewarded. And Katherine was a total gem!!! Very professional and helpful in the financial process. A speedy worker too! Really appreciate her going the extra mile to achieve things. Very Friendly and no pressure I have dealt with and purchased from a lot of dealerships and I have never seen the integrity and non pressure that I saw at this dealership. I went at lunchtime the first time and Robert didn't even take my name (my choice of course). I came back the next day with my husband and they called him in on his day off (integrity). Most dealerships would have had a different salesman handle the sale.This impressed me. In the meantime another saleperson (Andrew)answered all our questions and brought my husband up to speed on the vehicle. This salesperson ended up being the owner's son so was the my salesman's boss's boss. He was very personable and made us both feel very welcome. Once Robert came in he took us for a test drive and then we began negotiating. Matt was the one that said yes or no. He was reasonable and we both were happy with our sale. On Tuesday we picked up our vehicle and dealt with Katherine who was also very friendly. We both walked away happy with the purchase and trade in of our vehicle. We totally recommend the Santa Fe. More

Looking at Santa Fes Came in here to look at Santa Fes after receiving no service at all at the Hyundai Gallery. Bill Sakkalis was outside within a few short minutes and Came in here to look at Santa Fes after receiving no service at all at the Hyundai Gallery. Bill Sakkalis was outside within a few short minutes and chatted with us about what we were looking for. We had test driven a Santa Fe at another dealership, but unfortunately it had a pretty bad accident on it and although we were very interested in the car, we didn't want one that had been previously badly damaged. We are still thinking about exactly what we want but wanted to write about our service here as it has been absolutely awful at several other dealerships. We are appreciative that Bill took the time to talk to us, despite not selling us a car that day. More
