Dreading the whole process, I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from Matt Dewar. He listened to what I was looking for, and found me exactly that! I never felt pressured into the sale, and ended up returning to Precision to make the purchase after trying other vehicles in its class (the warranty alone is unbeatable). xxxx, Matt even recommended I try all of the competitors before making my decision. The sales team was very welcoming, and actually valued my patronage. They even called me back promptly when I left messages, as I had a few "noob" questions about the sale (my vehicle was ordered; Matt found me the exact model/colour I was after). They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, and the whole process was smooth. I have even received follow-ups from Matt Dewar and the sales manager, Matt Campbell, who wanted make sure I was completely satisfied. My only complaint is the price they charge for the protection package (3m, rust, paint, etc), but Tinh and I negotiated a reasonable compromise. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Precision, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Great customer service I shopped around to test drive a few vehicles, and I really didn't like the the other car dealership customer service experience. Precision was a diff I shopped around to test drive a few vehicles, and I really didn't like the the other car dealership customer service experience. Precision was a different story. Robert and Tinh both did a great job. The understand what it means to put the customer first. I really appreciated how caring, honest and attentive Robert was. He is in a class of his own. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Well the staff at Precision Hyundai has solved this problem. I have now purchased 3 vehicles over the past 3 years for my family and I just go directly to Precision. Each time we found the right vehicle and the right price to meet our needs and budget. The service from the sales staff, Corey, sales manager, Omar and Finance, Terrilyn, were great to deal with. No pressure tactics, well informed, made to whole process to buy a vehicle very easy. Keep doing what you do best. More

Robert was friendly and knowledgable of the vehicle and various features/options. He was very professional and went the extra mile taking (listened to our needs, found us the vehicle we wanted, provided a thorough walk through of the vehicle and its feature upon delivery, assisted us in syncing our phones through bluetooth, and followed up once we got home to make sure we were safe and loved the car). i would highly recommend Robert and Precision Hyundai to friends and family. Purchase at Precision was actually a pleasant experience! We were not going to purchase a vehicle without test driving vehicles from more than one manufacturer, Precision seemed to accept/expect that (unlike We were not going to purchase a vehicle without test driving vehicles from more than one manufacturer, Precision seemed to accept/expect that (unlike a couple of other places we had visited). Robert was helpful without being aloof or overbearing, he took us out to test drive a Santa Fe and and Tucson, then let us leave the dealership in peace. He was in contact afterwards, to see if we had any questions but was not overbearing and when we did make our decision to come back and purchase, he, Matt and Terrilyn were able to help us out very nicely. When we came to pickup our vehicle, Terrilyn got us through our paperwork quickly and Robert made sure we gained some familiarity with our new vehicle before we drove away. Since then, Robert has been in touch to make sure we were happy with our new purchase and to remind us not to hesitate if we had any questions/concerns. Great team, thanks! More

Good experience for getting my first car! We were met by Aleksandr Jesenikov right away as we entered the dealership. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable and professional. As very thorough customers we had tons of questions and never felt rushed about it, and got all our answers. As the deal was at about to happen what we really appreciated was that both sides (us and the dealership) were open upfront about price expectations, so they came up with their best offer almost right away! :) They didn't have my color of the car on the lot, so we had to wait for it to be delivered from a different province, however it took only 2 days for that! Overall very good experience for getting my first car! More
