I chose to purchase a Hyundai because of Robert I was torn on which 3 row crossover to buy. A large part of my decision was based on price and consumer reviews/ratings, but after visiting a few dealerships and meeting Robert at Precision Hyundai, I knew that If at all possible, I would rather purchase my car from him than any other sales person I had met during my search. I've never owned a Hyundai, but I feel very confident in my purchase because of the people I have met so far at this dealership. Not only did Robert patiently go over all the feature of the car with me, he also gave me some good pointers on my golf game. Kim Mark in the Finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. DISSATISFIED I switched from Galery dealer because of the quality of the service to precission which the service has been good and now I have been customer of this I switched from Galery dealer because of the quality of the service to precission which the service has been good and now I have been customer of this dealer for a while, but the last 4 services I have had complaints that I do not think have been taken into consideration and Now The attention by phone in the service department is unfriendly and not welcome I felt uncomfortable and annoying and not that I was being catered for to require a service.
