The sevice is fine, but the Precision Rewards is a scam. I have been in the rewards program for years and everytime I go to claim it they say that I will be be able to claim the rewards next time. I have over $150 in rewards but can never claim them. I have to sort this issue with the accounts manager who is conviniently never available to discuss the matter. I have all documentary evidence from the date I registered for the program to date but no one to speak to. An example of the support is: "From: <***@precisionhyundai.ca> Sent: Tuesday, October 19, 2021 11:11 AM To: My name Subject: RE: Service Follow Up Good Morning Mr. *** Just to let you know I have looked into your rewards program with Precesion Hyundai. Looks like you do have $71.68 in your Service part, and $168.37 in the sales Part. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you and have a great day. ***" It would be appreciated if someone gets this sorted out as this matter is now several years old. More
