Brought first Hyundai for an OOP inspection for an appointment on a Friday at 10:00 am. Needed to register the vehicle for the weekend. It was not ready until 4:00 pm! It was a 2021 with 28454 km that appointment on a Friday at 10:00 am. Needed to register the vehicle for the weekend. It was not ready until 4:00 pm! It was a 2021 with 28454 km that had been inspected 10-days prior by another Hyundai dealership in Ontario! I brought it to Hyundai as I believed they would be most efficient. Given the condition and the 2000-km I drove it 3-days prior, I knew there was nothing wrong with it. While waiting a searched for price estimates of OOP inspection in Calgary, ranging from $125 to $190 so I would have an idea on the cost. I was FLOORED when handed the bill for $279.94 pre-GST, with $30 in shop supplies! Although this is the closest dealership to me, I do my own work but use OEM parts. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again. More
Brought in a 2021 Venue for a 10:00 am out-of-province inspection. At 3:35 I had to phone service after an email and a phone call went unanswered - ready at 4:00??
