Karman went out of her way numerous times to make sure that the process of leasing our 2018 was a breeze. She never had an attitude and always had a smile on her face. Shawn did everything he could to make sure that everything worked out for my situation. I went from not being able to get approved for a loan, where I would be paying 526 monthly. Not only did Shawn get me approved where I would be paying 301 monthly, I thought that was amazing ! Because it is much cheaper from what I would have been paying. When I picked up car the payment went down to 276 all because of how great Shawn was at making it happen. Karman was amazing with the paper work and explaining all the details and made sure all my questions were answered. It's about making sure that the dealership you go to are genuine and have your best interest, not a lot of dealerships do, but Ready Honda Dundas does ! More
