I've been to a lot of different dealers in town, a lot of them are terrible (especially the big "family name" dealers) these guys are without a doubt your best choice, and likely will be everytime! After 20 minutes of waiting impatiently nobody can tell where the vehicle is, attending service rep came with it, found car hoisted again up for service! Without the key and the vehicle, questions came to mind: is somebody using the vehicle? Was the vehicle serviced? Why is it up in the air again? Why was the call made that it is ready for pick up? All the Service Manager said in a non apologetic tone, " Did you find the car? YES, so there is nothing to worry about. It is with you now! " You missed the point, Ms. Service Manager!
