The sales experience goes above and beyond every time (I've been a customer for 7 years) and the service team is great. Do I like paying a bunch of money to get my car fixed? NO! Who does? But the work is ALWAYS top notch, and that makes the money well worth it. The dealership is bright, and friendly. They have a great waiting area and cafe, PLUS the shuttle is always in great shape. I've been to a lot of different dealers in town, a lot of them are terrible (especially the big "family name" dealers) these guys are without a doubt your best choice, and likely will be everytime! They have always done exactly as I asked never felt pressured into doing a service that wasn't necessary always asked politely if I wanted the service done. All in all they have a good crew that manage mayhem daily and do it with a relative calmness and politeness. More

Service desk cannot find keys, the vehicle not on the parking spot where serviced vehicles are usually parked for owners to pick up. After 20 minutes of waiting impatiently nobody can tell where the vehicle is, attending service rep came with it, found car hoisted again up for service! Without the key and the vehicle, questions came to mind: is somebody using the vehicle? Was the vehicle serviced? Why is it up in the air again? Why was the call made that it is ready for pick up? All the Service Manager said in a non apologetic tone, " Did you find the car? YES, so there is nothing to worry about. It is with you now! " You missed the point, Ms. Service Manager! Very disappointing and frustrating experience after being loyal to the dealership for years. Service was contrary to what Dale Fox is saying: "it is all about you" More

VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH DEALER,TECH TOOK A RAG TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRIVER'S DOOR,WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS FULL OF DIRT,FOR WHAT REASON,NOTICED TECH G VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH DEALER,TECH TOOK A RAG TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRIVER'S DOOR,WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS FULL OF DIRT,FOR WHAT REASON,NOTICED TECH GOT OIL STAIN ON DRIVER'S DOOR PANEL,WATCHED HIM TRYING TO WIPE IT OFF.MANAGEMENT SAID THEY WOULD LOOK AFTER ME,THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRIVER'S DOOR AND STAIN WAS STILL THERE WHEN I GOT CAR BACK.I WAS BLAIMED FOR STAIN ON DOOR NOT THE TECH,WAS TOLD IT WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR,CAR HAS 649KM,NEVER OFFERED A CAR WASH OR NOTHING FOR THE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT.ALL I GOT WAS A FEW SCATCHES AND A OIL STAIN.NICE More
