BUYER BEWARE!!! My elderly father and mother purchased a car from Port City Kia. My father didn't want to purchase unless the loan could be insured. He wanted to make sure the loan would be paid in the event something happened to him. He didn't want my mother to be stuck with the loan if he were to die. They assured him they could do this. He was skeptical this was possible because of their age. So... He asked on 3 separate occasions before they signed the papers to ensure this was possible and each time they assured him his loan would be insured. 3 months after purchasing the car he recieved a letter from IA Financial that he does not qualify because of his age. He called the car dealership to ask about the letter and is told the salesman and business manager no longer work there. They say they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to help him. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
