Not considerate of your time or your money Service department orders wrong parts. They do not call you when they are in. And when you show up with your car they are not ready for you. I think any sales associate should treat each potential buyer equally and provide the same service whether you are a young first time buyer, or spoiling yourself with a nice vehicle during retirement. Thankfully I met Tyson Johnson at Porsche Victoria who made the experience as easy as it could be. It has been a childhood dream of mine to drive a Porsche and I almost pulled a trigger on an '82 911 SC about 15 years ago but decided at the time that it would be a lot more work than I expected. I was in the market for a newer car and had visited the Porsche Langley dealership and had an unfortunate experience there... thankfully Porsche Victoria had a build that was similar to what I wanted and I contacted Tyson as a cold call. From the beginning he was respectful, timely, and took me seriously when I told him that I was going to be making a decision very quickly and when I told him what I was looking for. There was no "car salesman" speech and Tyson definitely has a passion for the Porsche brand. I would recommend Porsche Victoria and Tyson to anyone who is in the market for a Porsche (or any other car they may have on their lot) and wants to have a stress-free experience. Their out of town program provides great value even if it means taking the time and money to make the ferry ride over. Which I do not do the smooth ride is what I am accustomed to I have owned 3 911 porsches which had this feature. At the time I ordered the car the salesmen informed me I did not need that feature because the regular ride was fine and the option of the feature was that it lowered the height of the car and stiffened the ride. He did not inform me that the regular setting was a smoother ride then the normal standard ride you get without the feature. I am extremely disappointed to have ordered such an expensive car and been so disappointed. The dealership has only changed the wheels and charged me extra for less expensive wheels, which they thought would solve the problem it has not and are completely ignoring me at this point. Even though I have offered to buy a more expensive 911. in trade. More
