Service staff not attentive and lacks professionalism. When I got there for my appointment, the service staff were gathered around chatting away and then just stared at me. Pfaff Porsche is very unprofessional and rude in contrast with other Porsche dealership. RS 60 Spyder Boxster S was so appreciated by other Porsche dealership unlike Pfaff dealership who treated the car li with other Porsche dealership. RS 60 Spyder Boxster S was so appreciated by other Porsche dealership unlike Pfaff dealership who treated the car like an "auction car. " It is an insult to the owners and brand. The Pre-owned Manager I dealt with told us that he will get it certified and he also so confidant that the car will be sold in no time. We bought two Porsche cars from Pfaff Porsche but you guys have left us with such bitter taste in our mouth that we will never return to your dealership. More

This dealership took my deposit on a gt3 in 2016, six years later I’m still waiting on an allocation. I won’t get one cause they bring them in, title them and sell them as used cars for 150k over list. H years later I’m still waiting on an allocation. purchased my porsche from the oakville location a few months ago and I took extended warranty for my tire and rim protection. A few weeks ago I had a slight damage on my rim and I decided to call Pfaff p months ago and I took extended warranty for my tire and rim protection. A few weeks ago I had a slight damage on my rim and I decided to call Pfaff porsche at the Vaughan location. Firstly I got an appointment after 5 weeks which I did not complain. I planned my day accordingly from work and took the day off. This morning whilst I am driving to the Vaughan location I get a call from Amanda that we are sorry and we cannot repair your car. Left me hanging and thinking after taking a day off and not getting paid for the day I get this message that we are unable to service you. WOW...THIS IS PORSCHE.Anyway I was upset and wanted a call back from a manager. Alex the manager calls me and says we are sorry but we cannot help you today. The worst experience and most pathetic and unprofessional staff and manager. Very upsetting with this service and would never recommend anyone to this location. Showed absolutely zero concern. I will definitely escalate this further and let the world know what type of service is being provided More

The most dishonest dealership. I inquired about a vehicle in the morning and they acknowledged that the vehicle is available but hours later they had told me that it was sold. This is the most ridiculous sta in the morning and they acknowledged that the vehicle is available but hours later they had told me that it was sold. This is the most ridiculous standard of practice. I would never recommend them to anyone and tell everyone to stay away from them. More
