I had a small problem with the vehicle and the service department was excellent in locating and rectifying the issue. Again, the staff in the service department were helpful and courteous. At some dealerships, the reception staff look like they'd rather be doing something else than helping customers. In keeping this review short, it's worth working with Leslie Wong just for the experience. He takes the time to genuinely listen to your needs and limits, and works for your business. No matter what questions I had or the numerous back-and-forth exchanges, he was patient and upfront. Even if I didn't end up buying a car, the interactions with Leslie set the bar high for an exceptional customer experience. More

Not worth giving one star. I went to the North York Porsche dealership located at 165 Yorkland to inquire about purchasing a Cayenne. At first glance, I was very impressed with the showroom. I wanted to do a test drive of the Cayenne, since I have never driven a Porsche before. Victor was my sales rep. Victor was very professional, knowledgeable, but at the same time somewhat arrogant as he was explaining more about how the exporting market works vs building the car for me. He never took my information nor did he gave me his card. I felt humiliated, incriminated and disrespected, even though I wanted to potentially spend $132,000 for a car. I have owned (and still own) luxury cars but the customer service from this Porsche dealership has been extremely disappointing. It almost felt like it was my privilege for him to entertain the possibility of me buying a Cayenne from this dealership. I’m not sure why this aura of arrogance exists at this dealership, but it’s unfortunate they do not know how to treat customers with respect, and at the same time earning some business. More
