I called Jay the following Friday with the intention to purchase after a test drive when he told me the car was sold. Jay never called me to let me know the inspection was done nor a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. I felt like I was wasting Jay's time just to call him. He never said "sorry the car sold" or I'll call you if the deal doesn't go through or if we get another one in. Basically there was nothing in it for Jay so he made me feel like I should get lost. I was NEVER ever treated like this at Vancouver Porsche Follow up and customer respect - Jay gets an F! More

The service centre at Porsche Langley is excellent. I was able to get an immediate appointment. Care was taken to treat my car properly. They did a great job putting the ceramic coating on my paint.
