We were in BC for the entire process, and I was not able to travel to Edmonton as I was 38 weeks pregnant. At no point did we ever feel pressured, and any questions we had were answered promptly and honestly via email, text, and phone call, without us feeling like we were being hounded (like we have experienced at several other dealerships). He was both personable and professional, providing us with options between a used vehicle (offering additional warranty) and new, the latter of which we chose. We were interested in a 2013 BMW X5, and had agreed to the asking price, no questions asked....NO LOWBALLING!!!! My wife traveled into north Edmonton to get my truck assessed and to determine the trade in value.......long story short the used car sales manager came back with a ridiculous #, even after I provided comparables that didn't have near the options my truck had. The average price was over $10,000 what they were allowing for my trade. It's obvious they were trying to take advantage of the situation and I'd personally never recommend this dealership. Entitled, immature & sleazy salesman. Extremely disappointed in the experience. Nothing like kicking someone when their down!!! More
