I cannot say too many nice things about this dealership, and especially of Brian, who is a salesman and manager of integrity, honesty, and excellence. The excellence I've experienced with the sales department extends to the service department. Service is consistently completed on time and the service advisors are always helpful and courteous. At one point or another, I’ve driven every vehicle sold by this dealership, with the exceptions of the new Land Rover Defender and the new Jaguar XE. Unlike Jaguars and Land Rovers of yesteryear, modern vehicles from both brands are very well manufactured, and as a result, very reliable. My favorite among them, the Range Rover Sport (Autobiography or SVR) is a remarkably fast and agile SUV, and will likely impress anybody who drives it. If this dealership is any indication of how Go Auto’s other automotive dealerships conduct business, then they are a cut above! Indeed, I've had friends who've purchased vehicles from other Edmonton dealerships owned by Go Auto, and they've had positive experiences as well. More

Good purchasing experience Last month I bought a used Ford from JLR Edmonton. The experience was good, Nic was straight forward and easy to deal with. Summer in the finance depa Last month I bought a used Ford from JLR Edmonton. The experience was good, Nic was straight forward and easy to deal with. Summer in the finance department was patient as she took over for Kristina and I had issues acquiring insurance before the sale. JLR Edmonton doesn't do any negotiations on their advertised price which I liked as the haggling is something I hate about purchase vehicles. After doing some research I believe the price they sold the vehicle for was fair. Some other notes: The car was advertised as "locally driven" which I assumed meant it was driven in Edmonton. I later find out the car was bought and driven in Fort McMurray. There were some dirty spots in the not as visible parts of the vehicle. I was a bit rushed having worked a full work day and driving from Calgary so I didn't inspect the car as thoroughly as I should have. The car was a Ford so naturally they weren't as knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Make sure you are familiar with the car and brand before you purchase. More
