The atmosphere was relaxed and Jody allowed us( my wife and i ) to take as long test driving the vehicle as we liked making sure it was what we wanted. Jae was awesome to deal with even though he took the time to make fun of me as a Leafs fan which I had to say, my wife, thoroughly enjoyed! Shantel is a consummate professional and does her job with great diligence. Although we were not able to obtain financing for the new truck I had picked out I never felt like I had been a waste of anybody's time and have stayed in contact with Candis as our situation has changed.
