I believe Dodge have been building this unit for over 29 years and it shows in the quiet ride, best road visibility I have experienced, passenger roominess and storage capacity. For us the Grand Caravan fills all our needs for the four generations of our family, passenger comfort, ride, visibility, practicality, and price. Once you have taken a ride in this unit one quickly sees why the Grand Caravan is so suited to Canadian families and why it is so appealing. We had a few extra items installed on our Dodge Caravan and I received nothing less than a courteous and professional attitude from Craig Pateman the Service Manager. The work was done meticulously, in good time with personalized service, thanks Craig. While I waited for my service work I had a few inquiries of Bill and John in the Parts Departmernt. I was overly impressed with the very quick and personal service I received from both there gentlemen. As soon as I was at the counter they immediately dropped what they were working on and were eager to help.
