We have done business with Doug Brown previously and have enjoyed his service and friendship and so we thought we would like to go back to his new place of work for another vehicle. I do not enjoy dealing with sales people, but Curtis isn't your typical sales person. I was referred to Ponoka Chrysler JEEP by my work as they buy all of their trucks there. And I will refer anyone I k isn't your typical sales person. I was referred to Ponoka Chrysler JEEP by my work as they buy all of their trucks there. And I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a new/used vehicle to them too. This is a great cycle to get in on! Curtis was not pushy, he let me look around but when I had a question, he would come up and answer it (and then leave me alone to carry on looking). I never felt pressured in any way, he even encouraged me to take some time to think about it and to look at other dealerships to confirm the price I was given was fair. When I decided on my favorite, he took me step by step through EVERY feature it had. He even synched my phone for me before I drove off the lot. I am a young woman and was worried that I should bring my husband or dad with me to negotiate a fair price, but I was given this from the start. I can't say enough good things about this place. I made the drive to Ponoka from Red Deer, and I will again if I ever need an upgrade - but I doubt that will happen because I LOVE MY JEEP! More

I hope I picked the right 2 guys above , Service was fantastic. I pulled in at about 6:45 am due to hitting a metal beam on highway 2 just before the Ponoka turn-off , The Shop was not even open yet, Th fantastic. I pulled in at about 6:45 am due to hitting a metal beam on highway 2 just before the Ponoka turn-off , The Shop was not even open yet, There were a few lights on and i was hopeful someone was there , As I got out of my car I was greeted by John who held open the door to invite me in , John & Rick headed out to look at my vehicle and recommended two new Winter tires. I was out of there by 8:15am. One and a half hours and I was back on my way to Edmonton. As I had meetings to attend , and a hockey game that night back in Calgary I was very thankful for the service from Ponoka Chrysler. Thanks guys for all your efforts. More
