winter tires I recently purchased rims for my winter tires for my Dodge Journey, unfortunately between my old 2012 and my new 2014 Dodge changed up the calipers an I recently purchased rims for my winter tires for my Dodge Journey, unfortunately between my old 2012 and my new 2014 Dodge changed up the calipers and the rims I purchased did not fit. I found this frustrating as I had been told they would work and when I phoned I was simply told to return the rims! This of course in no way satisfied my needs and I was very disappointed. I then called Mr Brown... he was great!! He immediately put me in touch with John who was able to outfit me with the correct rims and get me on my way with new tires at a reasonable cost and a smile on my face! i will definately deal with John in the future. Thanks also to Eldon and Sean for your assistance in locating my block heater cord, which was playing a rather successful game of hide and seek! More

He was low-pressure, answered all of our questions, very friendly and easy to get along with. They made it very easy to purchase the truck. Very little hassle and made the paperwork really straight-forward. We wanted a few extras (box liner, command start, etc.) and they got it done for us the very next day. Overall we were really impressed with the service we received as well as the good attitude of the people we dealt with. They made us feel like VIP customers! I recommend anyone to deal with these guys. Even if you aren't from the Ponoka area, they are worth the drive! More
