A great experience and they worked hard to fit into my busy work schedule. The new truck is fantastic but I was a bit dissappinted the truck arived with only rear mud flaps. Typically they arrive fully ready. That said, Mark did get it in on a short turn around and overall I am very happy. On another pricing note, I did find the accessories were higher than the city, nearing 50% more in some cases. I would definitely purchase here again. Thanks Mark and Karrie. More

Some other dealers make you guess as to when to call and ask "Me: Is my truck ready to go?, Dealer: Oh yeah was ready yesterday, didn't anyone call you?". So that is awesome. Joan was a great shuttle driver, and was safe and drove rather slow in that Viper. Lol. All kidding aside. Thanks For the ride home and back the following day. Only concern I have is: When quoted about the cost of Fluid Changes; Front / Rear diff and Transfer case, plus the cost of the fuel filter, I found the price to be quite high. The price was much higher that a nearby Dodge dealer, and twice as much money as a Warranty Approved Lube shop in Red Deer. I declined the 4 x 4 service. I had only 3500 km on the fuel filter, therefore declined that too. I will have my Ram 3500 serviced at the Lube shop, using Exxon Mobil Spec Warranty approved fluids. Sean explained to me; Make sure the lube shop is using the correct fluids, and keep the receipts. Thanks, and Will Do. Nice people here, I Recommend this dealer for dealer required servicing. Just price check around the local area for best prices on the expensive services. I now buy all my Filters (Oil, Air and Fuel) from this dealer. As I believe all filters should always be OEM. I bought Oil and Air filters that day for my Jeep from Trevor Bos. Also; John Wynnychuk advised me on tire selection, and tread life. Thanks John. More
