When we got the keys to the vehicle, he took his time to go through everything with us in the new vehicle and answered any questions we had. Also, through the looking and buying process, he always returned a phone call or email in a timely fashion which was really appreciative. We will definitely be sending our friends and family in to buy a vehicle from him! Our finance person was excellent as well. She emailed us all the documents and indicated where we needed to sign. Her emails were very informative and she also replied to our phone calls or emails in a timely manner. When we picked up the vehicle, she had everything we would need to register the vehicle, ie: NVIS, in an envelope which was very helpful. More
