I was sold, a used Jeep (2011,Patriot) whose engine was burning oil (from Courtesy Chrysler) and I decided to trade the unit in as the company would not help out in an appropriate manner( return phone calls, rebate or fix). Everett and his management rescued the situation: took the vehicle in on trade and I then I bought a new Jeep Compass in order to resolve the issue.
