Consistently disappointed!! Where do I begin?? My requests are not met time and time again....and simple requests like "can you please bag my tires"....never done!! They have for Where do I begin?? Service counter gal is making diagnoses that only a mechanic should be doing. This resulted in a wrong diagnosis and $300 bill...which I refused to pay due to it being an error on their part. Never do they hang a re-torque reminder in my vehicle. They have knocked off both of my under the dash light covers and just left them sitting in the console...did not fix and now they don't stay. Have now boycotted them!! More

Tried to support locally, I will not be back! I have tried several times for them to earn my business and each time they have failed. Quotes are never accurate and always end with me paying more. Diagnosis seem to always be guess work and are never free. Quotes on their guessing are twice as much as other places. Don't know how many service managers they need to go through before they realize that they obviously have deeper problems. I will not go back there even for warranty or recalls, not worth the headache! More
