Do not expect to get your deposit back when they choose to sell your vehicle to a higher bidder. I contacted sales about an incoming ram rebel they had posted on their website. I left the deposit February 1st and was contacted by Chantel in finance where we had multiple communications. When the truck came in, she called me and told me that they would not sell me the truck. I contacted Chantel multiple time by text asking for my deposit be returned, I was ignored. I finally got her on the phone and she said that she was not authorized to return my deposit and that I would have to speak with the general manager. I called 3 times asking for the general manager and was told every time that he was not available, but they would have him call me back. It is now the 15th and I have yet to hear from him. I called Chantel back and she said that she would have him reach out to me. He did not, I heard that someone else was most likely willing to pay more for the vehicle so it was sold to them. More
