Purchase of a new Starter Fob The part, which was a New Starter Fob, was supposed to be in on Saturday morning, didn't get there till Tuesday morning. Then on Saturday morning, be The part, which was a New Starter Fob, was supposed to be in on Saturday morning, didn't get there till Tuesday morning. Then on Saturday morning, because I needed my truck the parts staff could not find the old Fob. So then "I" had to request a "Loaner" and leave my truck there over the week-end. I purchased new starter Fob for $179.00 and had to pay extra $30.00 to have it programed, which I felt should have been included in the purchase price. What good is the Fob if it isn't programmed. Drove to Bashaw to find Fob did not work .Back to Ponoka to find that new fob was faulty, which in my opinion should have been thouroughly checked before I left Ponoka.,I missed my appt. at Camrose for that day, had to reschedule. I was not offered any type of restitution for disruption of my schedule, which in my opinion was not any fault of mine. The only positive part of this experience was that I was given a "Loaner", but only after I had to request one. I don't think I will ever deal with Ponoka Chrysler again. More
