Moving microlock Appointment was for 10am and was told it would take a couple hours. Was there over 5 hours. ( They knew we were waiting, as mechanic took off for lunc Appointment was for 10am and was told it would take a couple hours. Was there over 5 hours. ( They knew we were waiting, as mechanic took off for lunch) We were stranded with out a vehicle. Truck should have been done by then. We took the truck in to have the micolock switch moved to a different, better location. (They put the micolock in originally) (and we complained then that it was not in a good location, but was told that is where it goes.) They left a hole in the floor, which we went and said something about before we left, it was then half patched. And the bill was outrageous. Then going home, the truck drove like it was pulling a parachute. We pulled over onto the side of the road. The front brakes were burning hot. The breaks were dragging. Phoned back to let them know. The breaks worked fine and were not dragging when we took it in. The one service lady working was not very polite, and made us feel unwelcome when we first arrived. She was pissed off we were even there. John Wynnychuk went out of his way to try to help us. Knows us by name, because we have been long time customers. But after today we will no longer deal with Ponoka Dodge. The truck came out in worse shape then when it went in. Now booked at another machanic place to have this problem corrected. More
