The costs are outrageous. Dropped my vehicle off for a 10:30 appt wasn't even looked at until 3:30pm when I called to say I am done work at 4. They are slow and seams like the whole service department needs updating. They are still set up like in the 80's. We went in for an oil and filter change that shouldn't take more than an hour or 2 max, with needs updating. They are still set up like in the 80's.
