Each time I have visited this dealership there has been an issue. This last visit was a booked appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be approx. an hour and told them I would wait. I had an err an issue. This last visit was a booked appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be approx. an hour and told them I would wait. I had an error to run across the street so said I would be back. I returned in an hour and was told my car was not yet ready, and that it should only be another 20 minutes. I said I was waiting and moved to the waiting area. I checked in after 20 mins and it still was not ready. Had to wait almost another 20 mins to be handed the keys. Also each time I have gone in I have been asked to pay for the oil change when there are notes on file that they should be free (was given 2 years oil changes when car was purchased ). It’s not good customer service to be asking for payment when the service is free. Especially more than once. It took an hour an 45 mins for a booked oil change and I was never asked if I needed a shuttle or told of the delay, I was offered an insincere apology for the delay with excuses such as they were on lunch when I came in (appointment was at 1:15) and only once I was told for the third time my car was not yet ready. When I finally did get my car back, it was not cleaned and there was not a coupon for a free car wash. Very disappointed again. More

Worst dealership so far, dirty, tiny and outdated. They could not change oil in my car due to some tools missing which they had to reorder. Crazy eh? For an oil change!
