I bought a Kia Forte here. The sales guy (Carl) was so laid back they had absolutely no interest in getting the business. He said we can talk about it if you commit to a number so I know you're serious in buying. Used pressure tactics to make me not go/inquire anywhere else to buy a car. Second, they made me believe biweekly and semi-monthly are the same (I was new to Canada and didn't know much at the time. Also this was my first car ever). Also the sales team didn't tell me how much I was paying in total, they keep talking in biweekly / weekly amount to make me feel its a small number. I only got to know I'm paying a whopping 42k for a Kia forte (including tax, all kinds of engine warranty, paint protection, rust proofing etc etc) when I was signing the agreement. I could have bought a BMW for that price. I was naive to fall into their trap but hard lesson learnt. Never buy from there again. The guy who sold the insurance / protection, Allan - never saw him again (when I went there to discuss the insurance terms again only a day after committing for all that crap, he avoided seeing me. Someone from the sales team keept sending me back saying he's very busy and will talk later - that 'later' part never came up till date). Finally got to know they didn't even have the car I wanted. They had to get it from Niagara (I could have paid less if I myself got it from the other dealer). So be very careful when you buy a car. Do you due diligence. Compare the care prices in multiple showrooms. Its different in different places (sometimes the difference in price can get you a better upgrade/trim). More
Terrible service. 2-3 hours wait time for tires to be switched. Battery was draing due to malfunctioning radio. After diagnostics they found nothing. I had to tell them to check the radio, I was right. Had to replace the unit, I told 3 different staff members I want radio, CD player and back up camera. After paying almost $1000 they replaced the unit without the camera. They wanted me to pay more but after my complaint to the manager, they paid for it. 2 times lug nuts have come loose even after torqueing. Shoddy service and after complaining on their feedback email and on the phone, nothing changes. Spoke to Kershen about wait times and he said he was new and that many customers have similar complaints but he was unwilling to do anything about it. I will not be back More
Service Dept - brought Kia Soul to Service Dept because battery was not healthy. Replaced my battery. Charging System Warning light was on. 2nd visit replaced alternator. Few days later battery was dead. 3 battery was not healthy. Replaced my battery. Charging System Warning light was on. 2nd visit replaced alternator. Few days later battery was dead. 3rd visit performed tests and reported everything was fine! Few days later, battery was dead. 4th visit car was left overnight at the site replaced battery with new one. They said they should have performed diagnostic tests on 1st visit but they had not recommended it on 1st visit. The management did not welcome feedback and concluded they did nothing wrong! suNever visit this dealership!!!!! 2 Thumbs down! Need more thumbs!!!! More
Wanted to buy the 2021 Electric Hyundai Kona and brought in my car as a Trade In. The amount I was told to get for my Trade in was not the amount Shervin wrote out on the Sales Offer, it was way less. The q in my car as a Trade In. The quote I was given on paper for Snow Tires and Rims installed was also added on an extra $300 before taxes. Every time I asked Shervin about a good explanation got nothing but a lot of “Verbal Diarrhea”from him. I did not sign a sales contract but left a $500 deposit the day before Shervin send me the Sales Offer via e-mail, but due to the dishonesty of Shervin felt like this was no the dealership for me to bring my business. I’m waiting to see if they will return my $500 deposit. Will update my review when I get the answer from the dealer about my deposit. Had Manager Adam Stein call me two days later that he will do anything to make up for Shervin’s mess (who now no longer works for them) and work with me etc and when I e-mailed Adam back asking to provide me with a copy of the Carafax never heard back from him. When he did get back to me, yet another two days later, after he sold the car to another customer while he still had my deposit of $500. It felt like dealing with a wolf pack for a whole week, with so much dishonesty, lack of communication and way to many mangers yet all of them lack “Customer Care”🤢 The only reason I gave this a One Star rating was to be able to write a review. More
Adam and Gisoo helped me during my visit and have nothing to say but positive things about my experience. they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a car from this dealer - I would have gone elsewhere. I purchased a 2018 Sportage and after a few weeks found out that the back routers needed to be a car from this dealer - I would have gone elsewhere. I purchased a 2018 Sportage and after a few weeks found out that the back routers needed to be replaced. The brakes were making a noise so I took it bake to Plaza and had them look at it - someone was supposed to get back to me the next day to arrange a day to have them replaced and no one EVER called back even though I called the service department several times and left a voice mail for the general manger. I also called Kia Canada and still no one called to resole the issue. I took the SUV to my personal mechanic and had them go over the entire vehicle. Plaza will not ever touch my vehicle again they are dishonest and rude beyond belief. More
