Bought a 2017 Jag through AJ Haroon and was very pleased with the car and service. Found AJ to be responsive and very easy to talk to. Mentioned that I had some concern about the tread on the tires that I d with the car and service. Found AJ to be responsive and very easy to talk to. When the car was ready for pickup it was in immaculate condition and had 4 new tires installed. Love my Jag! More

I was very disappointed at Platinum Cars dealership. I visited the dealership for this Porsche Caymen S. I called Mike before hand to ask if the car is available and if I can give an offer for the car. visited the dealership for this Porsche Caymen S. Mike told me there is no offer for this car. It is alright, I went to check out the car anyways. I arrived the dealer and met Mike. He is a cool guy, very polite, nothing is wrong. I really liked the car and went for a $500 deposit. Mike then told me the car price is $45,800. It went up by $3000 . I was obviously mad. Again, it was not Mike who jack the price up while a customer is checking the car out. It was probably the owner who changed the price after knowing a few customers are checking the car. This is not how you do business, it is very dishonest. You jacked up the price $3000 more while a customer was there? Just wow and speechless! I was even going to pay for the listed price and still the owner didn't care and didn't care about "customer service". You listed the price $42,800 and I put $500 deposit down, then you should sell it for the original listed price. They told me it is the wrong price they listed and obviously they lied. I experienced the same thing with another dealership, they jacked up the price while I was there BUT at the end they still sold the car to me for the "listed price" or the "WRONG price " they said they put up. Platinum Cars dealer even have BEST PRICED DEALER AWARD WINNER and TOP RATED DEALER. I have no idea how they got those but can you trust this dealer? You decide! Mike I m sure you know who this is! You are still an awesome guy btw! Thanks for the help but your boss sucks! I would still buy the car if the price go back to original but I guess it is $3000 more now. More

They did everything to make the trade in and purchase smooth! These guys are known for buying salvaged vehicles and repairing them then reselling them! I had them admit they did it to cover the old look and that’s where the red flags started popping up. Their service is a joke! I bought extended warranty which they just make the prices up for. Anything wrong with the car they don’t even service it. They say take it to the dealer! They said they would replace a wiper cover and they just spray painted it getting black overspray on white paint! Real hack jobs here! They removed the driver door panel to install new trim and returned the car. I open the door and the door panel isn’t even installed! Unfortunately a year after purchasing I decided to get a ceramic coat from a reputable Detailer and the Detailer told me the front and rear bumpers were repainted. Also the hood was repainted! I have paint spec sheets to prove it from the Detailer! The ad showed full tank gas on pickup and then was charged for gas! I was told I can get a lower interest rate after a year and can’t get a hold of the agent now! No responses, replies or anything! This is the true STEALERSHIP right here! More

Went in to look a used 2017 BMW 430, after I was told I couldnt drive it due to covid (NO OTHER DEALER SAID THIS TO ME, as they clean their cars after all test drives) I asked if I could start the car. From the drivers seat I could see what I thought was a lot of smoke coming out the back, I asked the sales rep to get into the car and step on the gas while I stood at the back to inspect. A lot of blue smoke came out of the back and I mentioned this to the sales person. I was told that it was normal due to a cold start. What the sales person didnt know is I used to race cars professionally and rebuild motors for my race car. I advised the sales person that this is not how a motor should run and advised of my background in rebuilding motors. He then told me "oh I was not aware that this car had a problem) Thats like a realtor telling you "Im not sure about the home Im selling you" From my 20 min visit at this dealership I can only say one thing (DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!) I have a pretty good feeling that if you bought from them, you would be in the shop paying the price very soon after your dealings with them. More
